Assembly Funds Management a Sydney-based partnership between Michael Gutman, the Lowy Family Group and Alceon, has appointed Pete Wylie as its head of capital. Mr Wylie joins from Lendlease where he has held various roles since 2011, most recently as the head of capital, group investments. Assembly founder and chief executive Michael Gutman said the appointment of Mr Wylie would enable AFM to launch new investment products aligned to institutional investor preferences. That would allow the platform to access larger transactions in the Australia and NZ markets as lockdown finish and market activity accelerates, he said.
